The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 25 years old, in case you are younger, you must present a letter of responsibility for the vehicle.

What are the requirements to rent a vehicle?

Have a credit card with a minimum credit amount of Q 7,000 / $1,000.00
Present DPI or passport if you are a foreigner.
Be 25 years of age.
Valid driver's license for commercial vehicles type C or B for minibus, panels and type A or B for trucks.

Do you charge me per kilometer?

No, in Ahorrent you have free mileage on all vehicles.

What is “free night” and how do I apply?

The Free Night consists of giving you the vehicle the night before your trip, taking as official departure the following day at 7:00 a.m. and from that moment on we start charging you.

You apply when renting for two days or more and the free night has a reduced cost.

Can I leave the country with the vehicle?

Yes, but it only applies to some Central American countries and the power of attorney has an extra cost per country.
